PEACE OF MIND

Aid-Call's Button is the key to peace of mind for you and your family. It is very light in weight and can be worn around the neck as a pendant, on a wrist strap or clipped to your clothing. You can wear it at all times whether you are in the home or garden. Our most popular pendant is fully waterproof and can be worn in the bathroom. It even tells us when the battery is running low so we can send you a free replacement pendant. A back up battery automatically takes over to power the unit if there is an electricity failure and will also signal the Emergency Response Centre to let us know.

HOW IT WORKS

WHO RESPONDS?

When the alarm system is installed in your home, we ask you to nominate two or more people you want (these are typically family, friends or neighbours) to respond to your alarm call. We also take down medical details, the name of your doctor and next of kin. This information is treated as completely confidential. In the unlikely event your contacts are not available we will call the emergency services. We always monitor the situation once you have alerted us, until we know you are in safe hands.

NO OBLIGATION

Your local Advisor will be happy to call on you and show you how the Service works. Why not ask friends and family along so you can all see the benefits of our Service. We can install the equipment for you which only takes a few minutes and we always make sure you are familiar with its use. As you would expect there is absolutely no obligation.

STAY IN TOUCH

Accidental pressing of the button is quite common and we are always pleased to hear from you. In fact, it is best to press the button regularly at least once a month to reassure you that the system is always working properly. However most of the time we would know if there is a problem with the Aid-Call before you do and take any action necessary.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR ME?

We have customers from all age groups and different circumstances. Perhaps you live alone, have a disability, are in a rural area or just concerned about security. The Aid-Call system should work with all types of modern telephone or cable telephone network. If you are having this type of alarm installed and have a telephone that does NOT plug into a socket we can arrange for your equipment to be converted, normally free of charge.

CAN WE BOTH USE IT?

We can supply extra pendants for other members of your household to use.

NATIONALCOVERAGE

The Aid-Call system will work anywhere in the UK and Ireland. If you move, your unit can move with you. But don't forget to let us know.

There are no qualification criteria to fulfil. We do not expect our customers to fill in lengthy forms or undergo means testing.

There is no sales pressure. Aid-Call is wholly owned by AGE CONCERN, one of the most respected National Charities.

Aid-Call's profit goes to fund the work in the community of AGE CONCERN.
